Problem Note 66289: The JDBC for SAS® Federation Server Manager middle tier (for SAS® 9.4M7) needs to be updated because PostgreSQL 9.5 is reaching end-of-life status
PostgreSQL 9.5 will reach end-of-life status in February, 2021. As a result, SAS 9.4M7 and later will be upgraded to PostgreSQL 12.3. The ODBC driver is updating to version 12.01.00, and the Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) driver is updating to version 42.2.12.
For releases earlier than SAS 9.4M7, the SAS Federation Server Manager middle tier uses version 9.4.0.SAS_SAS_20130524173430 of the JDBC driver. You need to update your version of the JDBC driver because it is backwards compatible only (not forward compatible).
You need to update your drive to version 42.2.12.

For releases earlier than SAS 9.4M7, the SAS Federation Server Manager middle tier uses JDBC version 9.4.0.SAS_SAS_20130524173430. However, PostreSQL 9.5, which is accessed by the the JDBC), will reach end-of-life status in February, 2021. So you need to update your version of PostgreSQL.
